Ingrid Campbell
Counsellor and Creative Art Therapist
Ingrid is of Ngati Pakeha raua Māori kuki Arani descent. Ingrid Campbell is part of our Awhi Mai, Awhi Atu Counsellors in Schools service where she brings utlises her experince working with youth alongside the creative arts. She takes a strengths-based approach, integrating the Te Whare Tapa Whā model and an eclectic practice to support holistic wellbeing. Ingrid merges artistic expression with therapeutic practice, creating inclusive spaces for healing, empowerment, and cultural connection. Her work is grounded in Māori and Pacific values, weaving together lived experience, ethical frameworks, and wayfinding leadership to foster resilience, self-discovery, and transformative storytelling.
